Clean place, friendly and helpful staff, better English speaking, convenient location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was situated next to the 62 bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance. Great connection to erawan shrine, it’ s 1 mile away. Khlong Toei district definitely deserves exploring. We loved everything about this property❤❤

During our recent New Year's stay, we found the hotel staff to be very friendly and accommodating. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. the breakfast provided each morning was fresh and tasty. the hotel's location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to local markets and nightlife.

The hotel room was smaller than expected and in need of updating. the bathroom had moldy silicone and the wallpaper was peeling in spots.

It has a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms.

The bathroom in our room (408) was *very* small. Hard to get in or out of the shower.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is situated near the MRT and across the King's road, making it easy to explore the heart of the city. there are numerous restaurants in the vicinity that serve delicious halal food, catering to different dietary preferences. the rooms in the hotel are small but comfortable, with clean bathrooms and a reliable AC system. the staff is efficient and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel provides a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel lacks a reliable internet connection, which can be inconvenient who rely on internet access.

Clean rooms with flat tv, dvd player, fridge and air condition, very friendly and helpful staff.

Some rooms have very small bathrooms and showers. One of the elevators currently has a very bad smell; I suppose this is due to the recent flooding.

Economy was clean, nearby with sukhumvit to acces many place..i hope will back again and stay in grand lucky hotel thank you

Cable tv broadcast was too little to make the choice so bored

Big, clean rooms with strong airconditioning and wifi signal. Safety deposit box to lock up valuables.- Friendly staff who speak good English.

No food catering in the hotel. Limited variety for breakfast, same thing everyday.

初日にスタッフに近くのレストランを尋ねたところ、そのレストランまで一緒について来てくれましたし、その他の質問(英語で)にも気持ちよく答えてくれ- ました。また、Btsナナから徒歩5分 Reception staffs were so kind,friendly and helpful. Only 5minutes walking to bts Nana station.

ベットやシャワールームなどはかなりとは言えませんが、キレイでした。しかし壁などの汚れがそのまま放置されていたり、また隣の部屋の音がうるさかった- りした。 Walls in the room should be cleand and sound proofed. It was noisy until midnight and I heard what next door was doing.

The female receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location was good.

The rooms need better sound proofing as you can hear a lot of what happens next door. The internet worked only in the foyer which is inconvient. A male staff member claimed I had not handed in the key when I had gone out and had to be told to search properly (as they will charge 2000 baht if the key is lost proper care by staff is needed)
